Hand Job

Brooklyn based doodler and phenomenal artist, Mike Perry, also known as MIDWESTISBEST, put out a book called A Catalog Of Type Hand Job in 2007.

Since, he’s gone on to do amazing things in the commercial art world, typography, and hand drawn art. Going back to the book, Hand Job is an unreal visual mindgasm through colors, aesthetic, and typography. Not all credit to Perry, the book features a collection of work from the scenes leading artist. I circle back to this book quite often whenever I’m low on inspiration or ideas. Every time I give the book a glance I find new things. Here is a taste of the book’s highlights.
