It's been a minute since we've heard any new recorded material from New Jersey suburban rockers Real Estate. Well, that minute's up - the band has a new 7", Out of Tune, out October 12 via True Panther. The release was recorded by Jarvis Taverniere of like-minded Brooklyn outfit Woods and will feature two new tunes, "Reservoir" and the title track, which features synth-drone capo Oneohtrix Point Never. You can check out the title track below.

Marc Jacobs bought the beloved Biography Bookstore in New York's West Village and announced the store name, Book Marc. The site sports a Winter 2010 sign with little else to be published about the location. With that, Marc Jacobs has been slowly rolling out school supplies, also under the name Book Marc. They include cases, colored pencils, and cool tins covered in a marble notebook pattern. You can get them now at Marc by Marc Jacobs stores around America.

Yesterday, Apple introduced us to a whole host of things, one of which, is the new Apple iPod Nano. Built with multi-touch, the new Nano is smaller, lighter, colorful, and sleek, available in 8GB and 16GB. New features include Genius, FM radio, Fitness, voiceover, and more. We absolutely love this upgrade, the design, the features, and the changes.

Check out the canvas Want O'Hare bag with brown leather handles and leather trimming. The O'Hare shopper is produced in organic cotton and comes in yellow, blue, or green. Sporting a leather logo at the front, we think this is a pretty styling bag. Meant to be pulled off by really confident men, but will work for women as well.

The Public M3 is an easy-shifting three-speed bike adequate for most cities or topographies where steep hills or strong headwinds are not a part of daily riding. The M3 incorporates step-through frame design that is optimal for city riding when you frequently need to stop and put your feet on the ground - especially suited for those who wear skirts or prefer not to swing a leg over a typical crossbar. In Europe it would not be referred to as a girls bike, as many men also prefer this style for its comfort and practicality. And so do we.
