TOMS Annual Day Without Shoes

While not directly connected to our usual Environmental posts, we thought this one was important enough to share. TOMS Shoes has announced their third annual One Day Without Shoes campaign for April 8. The ethical footwear brand, who donates one pair of shoes to a child in need for each pair of shoes sold, is raising awareness about the importance of shoes in parts of the world where children's feet are exposed to debilitating diseases. Visit One Day Without Shoes to pledge your commitment, join and organize events, and connect with others going without shoes on April 8.
